We are currently awaiting final approval and distribution of a release through our distributor on SoundCloud. In the meantime, we’ve redistributed the singles, as some previously had incorrect artist names.
This how the status currently looks:
Firstly, the artist name MINT (solo) is often mixed up with other artists, leading to some odd music claims. Originally, we called ourselves The MINT Experiment, so we’ve corrected that by distributing it under the longer, accurate name.
Additionally, Tomas Tornevall was misspelled. This spelling was a regrettable choice made in youth (one of the members in MINT chose to deviate from the legal name by removing the “h” from Thomas). It has been quite an effort to live without in recent years and quite a challenge to fix and restore.
But now we’re back on track, and hopefully, with a bit of luck, more music will pop up down the line.
What will happen now?
We will see. As we now exist as The MINT Experiment also, not just “MINT”, it may be somewhat easier to find us.
